About
Two kinds of work, one reason for both.
I live in Phoenix with my wife and our three kids. Most of what I care about starts there.
I coach people through the things most of us are taught to keep quiet about. Hidden habits, betrayal trauma, broken trust, and the slow, unglamorous work of learning to live honestly. I talk openly about my own struggle, because saying the true thing out loud is usually where the change actually starts.
I also build things on the web. I have a degree in computer information systems, and I spent years as a software developer, a QA engineer, and in enterprise IT sales before I started building for myself and for other people's businesses.
Those two things look unrelated from the outside. They are not. Both are about paying attention to what someone actually needs, then doing the honest work to get them there.
My vision
I am a bold, strong, gentle, courageous man who seeks to produce more love, joy, and hope in the world around me.
What I'm about
Say the true thing
I would rather be direct than polished. When people hide what they are actually after, everybody feels it. I try not to do that.
Impact over income
I spent my twenties believing money was the scoreboard. It is not the one I use now. Success is how much good someone else gets to experience because we crossed paths.
Legacy is other people
Legacy is what other people accomplish because of you. I want my kids, and the people I work with, to go further than they would have alone.
